The Questionnaire

Sometimes, this is an easy step to skip, but the value of it as a time saver

is very important. At your leisure, you and your family can stroll around your yard and take note of things you see and things you envision.

Once your questionnaire is received, you will get a call, so we can review the information.  This gives us a chance to discuss any initial questions either of us has and it is a good time to get the feel for the rough budget involved in creating a landscape you will love.    Then, we can set a date to get together at your home.

Initial Visit
During this visit we will take about an hour to walk through the project and talk about the things you want done to get a landscape you will love.  By the end of that hour, you will receive a price for the design time involved in its creation.

Contract Design Services

Once the decision is made that we will work together to create the landscape for the life you love to live, and have agreed on a budget for the design work, we will sign a contract for that work to begin. 

The fee for the Design Work is based on the scope of work involved in the final installation.  Naturally, the more details and the more elaborate the design the more design time is involved.   That is why it is so important for us to discuss the entire project and your anticipated budget prior to design beginning.

Scaled drawings of the site project

Plant Information Sheets

Spreadsheet to use for acquiring bids for the work

Installation Estimate breakdown

One on-site visit by designer for Consultation
